Most Disappointing Year
Who's had the most disappointing year so far? If it had to be anyone, it'd be the Philadelphia Phillies. While they are beginning to turn it around, they are still 7.5 games back of the NL East. Halladay, the surgeon that he's been for the past few years, now needs one. Howard? Ha, might as well put a high schooler out there. All of the Phillies off-season pick ups are not like the off-season pick ups they got the year before they won the Series. John Lannon, sucks. Ben Revere is batting under .250, Delmon Young is hitting under .220, and Cole Hamels, who has a 4.86 ERA, is 1-9. Hamels was projected their number 1 starter this year, and he FOLDED!! Like paper! Charlie Manuel knew Doc wasn't the same kid he was a few years ago, and Lee was coming off one of the worst seasons possible. The Philadelphia Phillies have collapsed.
